Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for digitally downloaded goods. However there are a few exceptions listed below.
Exceptions
- Double orders. Please contact us through a support ticket, we understand mistakes happen.
- Unable to use our products. Please submit a support ticket if the products do not work for you. We will be happy to help to resolve the issue, or failing that, grant a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please submit a support ticket via the contact page.
